Everyone works on the same file

Shared folders on every device, with a backup sync cannot erase.

Term
Month to month
Price, indicative
From $9 per user per month

Sync copies every change to every device, including a deletion. Team Sync keeps 180 days of versions and a separate nightly backup of the sync store, so a mistake that spreads can still be undone.

From first call to shared folders

  1. Day 1

    Map the folders

We list your shared folders, who needs each one, and who may only read.

  2. Days 2 to 4

    Set the permissions

We build the folder structure and permission groups, so access follows roles, not people.

  3. Days 5 to 9

    Install and load

The app goes on each laptop and phone, and your current files load into the new folders.

  4. Day 10

    Prove the undo

We delete a test folder, watch it vanish everywhere, then restore it from the nightly backup.

  5. Every night

    Back up the store

A separate backup copies the whole sync store, outside the sync, and a person reads the result.

What you receive

Who it is for
Teams of 5 to 200 sharing files across offices and homes
Format
Remote setup, app on each device and the web
  • Shared folders on Windows, Mac, phones and the web, kept in step
  • Permission groups set by role, with a written list of who sees what
  • 180 days of version history on every file
  • A separate nightly backup of the sync store, kept outside the sync
  • A deleted file or folder restored within 1 business hour, as a target
  • A monthly report of storage, outside sharing links and failed jobs

Is this the right plan?

Right for you if

  • Your team shares files across an office, homes and the road
  • People still email attachments back and forth to work on them
  • Someone left and nobody could tell what they had shared
  • You want sync and backup from one provider who reads the reports

Look elsewhere if

  • Your team already works well in OneDrive, SharePoint or Google Drive; back those up instead
  • Several people edit the same large CAD or video file at once

Example: a client folder vanishes everywhere

A 24-person marketing agency shares client folders across one office and a dozen homes. In week 1 we map 40 client folders into 3 permission groups. On day 10 we prove a restore from the nightly backup. In June, an account manager tidying up deletes a client folder, then purges it from deleted files. It disappears from 24 devices. By 10:30 a.m. the previous night’s copy is back.

Team Sync questions, answered

Is file sync the same as backup?

No. Sync copies every change to every device, including a deletion or a file scrambled by ransomware. Backup keeps earlier versions somewhere the change cannot reach. Team Sync gives you both: 180 days of version history inside the sync, and a separate nightly backup of the whole sync store outside it.

What happens if someone deletes a shared folder?

Email support@ezbre.com and we restore it, with a target of 1 business hour. Most deletions come back from the 180-day version history. If the folder was also purged from deleted files, we restore it from the separate nightly backup, as it stood the night before, and tell you which edits fell after that copy.

Can we control who sees each folder?

Yes. We set permissions by group, such as partners, staff and contractors, so access follows a role rather than a person. You get a written list of who sees what. Each monthly report lists the links shared outside the company, so an old link does not stay open by accident after a project ends.

Can we move over from our current sync tool?

Yes. Moving from a consumer sync tool or a mapped drive, with folders, sharing and links carried across, is the Sync Migration plan. It is a fixed fee from $900 for up to 25 users and 1 TB, with the cutover over a weekend and your old platform kept read-only for 30 days.

Do staff need to change how they work?

Very little. Shared folders appear in the file browser on Windows and Mac like any other folder, and files open in the usual apps. Phones and the web reach the same files. Each person gets a one-page guide before day 10, and the onboarding lead answers questions for the first 90 days.
