The standard we aim for
Last reviewed: November 4, 2026.
We aim for this website, ezbre.com, to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. That is our target, not a claim that every page already meets it. We check against it as we build, and we fix what we find.
What we have done
- Contrast: text, buttons, links and form fields are checked against the WCAG contrast requirements.
- Keyboard: links, menus, forms, questions and tools work with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline. A “Skip to content” link comes first on every page.
- Text alternatives: every illustration has a written description, and the readiness check shows each score as text beside its bar.
- Reduced motion: if your device asks for reduced motion, the site turns off animation and smooth scrolling.
- Structure: each page has one main heading and headings in order. Form fields have labels, and form messages are announced to screen readers.
- Plain language: short sentences, and jargon explained the first time it appears.
Where we fall short
- New tools: the downtime cost calculator and the backup readiness check are new, and they have had less testing with screen readers than the rest of the site. If either gives you trouble, tell us and we will work through it with you by email.
- Long pages: the backup guide, the glossary and these legal pages are long. Each one is split under headings you can move between.
- Documents we send clients: monthly reports and runbooks are sent as PDFs and may not yet meet the same standard. Ask, and we will send an accessible version.
Tell us about a barrier
If something on this website is hard or impossible to use, email mail@ezbre.com. It helps to include:
- the page address
- what you were trying to do, and what happened
- your browser, your device and any assistive technology you use
A person will reply within one business day. We will tell you what we plan to change, and get you the information you needed another way in the meantime.
If you are a client and a barrier stands between you and a restore, email support@ezbre.com directly.
