Because your total depends on your counts. The per-unit prices are what we charge; the bill depends on how many devices, users, servers and terabytes you have. After the free backup check you get a written quote built from this table, and it does not change without notice.

Yes. With 3 or more servers on the Server Backup plan, the quarterly Restore Drill is included at no charge. With fewer, it is from $240 a quarter. Either way it restores the same sample: a set of files, one mailbox and one full system, timed, with a written result.

$150 per hour, with a 2-hour minimum, in Cheyenne, Laramie, Fort Collins, Denver and Casper. Almost all of the work runs remotely, so most months need no visit. A visit helps with seeding a first copy on a slow connection, swapping failed hardware, or running a tabletop exercise in your office.

No. Restores on request are included with every backup plan, from one file to a whole laptop or server. Standby Recovery is priced separately because it runs your server in the cloud for up to 30 days per incident. If a restore needs someone on site, the visit is billed at the on-site rate.

It moves with your counts. A new laptop or user appears on the next monthly invoice at the same per-unit price, and a removed one drops off. Server storage above the 1 TB included with each server is billed at $15 per TB per month, and the monthly report tells you before it changes.
