How quickly can an engineer get to Laramie?
Within 2 business days of your request to support@ezbre.com, and sooner when the schedule allows. On-site work is billed from $150 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. If I-80 is closed, we tell you the same day and start any restore that can be done remotely.
Do we need a visit to begin?
No. Setup runs remotely: agents install over a screen share, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace connects by admin consent, and the first full copy runs over your internet line. For a typical 25-person office, the first proven restore comes 10 business days after the signed order.
We have offices in Cheyenne and Laramie. Can one plan cover both?
Yes. One account covers every site, with one recovery map, one monthly report and one named account owner. Each office’s devices and servers are listed separately, so you can see each site’s copies. On-site help is the same or next business day in Cheyenne and within 2 business days in Laramie.
