Every laptop and desktop copied each hour it is online, kept for 90 days, and restored to a new machine when one is lost.
Server Backup
A nightly image of every server and hourly file versions, watched by a person and restored on schedule.
Immutable Offsite Copy
A locked, off-site copy of the NAS or backup you already run, kept in a second US region where nobody can change or delete it.
Team Sync
Shared folders on every device, set up and run by us, with 180 days of versions and a separate nightly backup underneath.
Sync Migration
A fixed-fee move from consumer sync or a mapped drive into Team Sync, with folders, sharing and links carried across over one weekend.
Restore Drill
A timed, written test restore every quarter: a file sample, one mailbox and one full system, with failures fixed the same quarter.
Recovery Runbook
A written recovery plan for every system, built in 3 to 4 weeks, tested in a tabletop exercise and handed over as a printed binder.
Standby Recovery
A failed server started as a cloud virtual machine, with a target of 4 hours, so staff keep working while the hardware is fixed.
Microsoft 365 Backup
Your own copy of Exchange mail, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams, taken 3 times a day and kept for a year or longer.
Google Workspace Backup
Your own copy of Gmail, Drive, shared drives, Calendar and Contacts, taken 3 times a day and restorable to any account.
