Backup run from Cheyenne, for Cheyenne

Remote by default, and on site the same or next business day.

A steam locomotive’s tender car, carrying its coal and water reserve, seen from the side on open track.

Our office is at 1217 South Greeley Highway. Most backup work happens over the wire, but when a server needs hands, a Cheyenne client sees an engineer the same or next business day.

How we work with Cheyenne offices

  • Remote setup

Agents install over a screen share and cloud apps connect by admin consent. Nobody needs to visit to begin.

  • Next-day hands on site

If hardware fails, an engineer comes the same or next business day, from $150 per hour, 2 hours minimum.

  • Rebuilds on new hardware

When a server is replaced, we restore its image on site and stay until staff can sign in.

Practical details for Cheyenne

  • Same or next day

On-site requests to support@ezbre.com are scheduled the same or next business day, within office hours.

  • Most restores stay remote

Files and mailbox items come back over the internet, with a target of 1 business hour. No visit needed.

  • Copies kept far away

Your copies are not stored in Cheyenne. They live in two US regions at least 500 miles apart.

Cheyenne questions, answered

Can we meet you in person?

Yes. Our office is at 1217 South Greeley Highway, Suite B, open Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mountain. Email mail@ezbre.com to arrange a time first, because engineers are often out on visits or running drills. The free backup check itself runs remotely and takes 45 minutes.

Do Cheyenne clients pay for on-site visits?

Yes. On-site work is billed from $150 per hour with a 2-hour minimum, indicative and before sales tax. Setup, monitoring, drills and file restores all run remotely, so visits are only for hardware: replacing a failed server, swapping a NAS disk, or restoring an image to a new machine.

What if our server fails on a Friday afternoon?

Email support@ezbre.com. On Server Backup or Standby Recovery, put “URGENT” in the subject and we answer within 2 hours, any day of the year. On Standby Recovery the server can run as a cloud virtual machine, with a 4-hour target, until we replace the hardware on site the next business day.

Do you only work with Cheyenne businesses?

No. We work remotely with businesses of 5 to 200 people anywhere in the United States, and offer on-site visits in Cheyenne, Laramie, Fort Collins, Denver and Casper. Cheyenne clients simply get the shortest drive: an engineer the same or next business day when hardware needs hands.
