Denver backups, run remotely and proven quarterly
Remote by default, with on-site visits booked when hardware needs hands.

Denver is about 2 hours down I-25, so we say it plainly: the work is remote. Setup, drills and most restores need no visit, and when one does, we book it.

How Denver clients work with us
Fully remote service
Setup, monitoring, quarterly drills and file restores all run over the internet from Cheyenne.
Booked on-site days
For hardware work, we book a date with you, from $150 per hour with a 2-hour minimum.
Cloud standby, no drive
Standby Recovery starts a failed server as a cloud virtual machine, with a 4-hour target, wherever you are.
Runbook tabletop by video
The Recovery Runbook’s tabletop exercise runs on a video call, and the printed binder arrives by mail.
How appointments work here
Book ahead
Email the work and a few dates. We confirm the date and expected hours in writing before driving down.
Urgent means remote first
An urgent restore starts remotely, against the same targets. A visit, if needed, follows on the agreed date.
Your provider racks hardware
If a server is replaced, your IT provider or supplier can install it while we restore the image remotely.
What businesses here start with

Recovery Runbook
A written recovery plan for every system, built in 3 to 4 weeks, tested in a tabletop exercise and handed over as a printed binder.

Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace backup
Your own copy of mail, files, chats and calendars from Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, kept apart from the provider’s recycle bins.

Fast data recovery
The restore side of backup: drills that prove it works, runbooks that set the order, and standby servers for the day hardware fails.
Denver questions, answered
Why use a Cheyenne company in Denver?
Because almost none of the work depends on distance. Backups, monitoring, drills and file restores run over the internet, and our engineers keep Mountain Time hours like you. You get published prices, a named account owner and quarterly proof that restores work. If you need hands on site every week, a local IT provider may suit you better.
How do we book an on-site visit?
Email support@ezbre.com with the work needed and a few dates that suit you. We reply within one business day and confirm the visit in writing, billed from $150 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. Anything urgent starts remotely first, so nobody waits for the drive to get files back.
Can our IT provider handle hardware while you handle backup?
Yes, and that split works well. Your provider swaps the hardware; we restore the image and file versions remotely and run the quarterly drills. We agree in writing who does what, and both teams receive the same one-page monthly report, so nobody has to ask who owns a restore.
